Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has spent 17 years on roofs across Broward County, and he’s seen every way a Florida roof can fail. Salt air corrosion on metal flashings, wind-lifted shingles on the east side of the house, valleys that pool water because the slope wasn’t calculated right in the first place. His specialty is storm damage assessment. When a cell rolls through Fort Lauderdale and you hear that telltale drip, Marcus is the one who climbs up, photographs everything, and walks you through what actually needs fixing versus what can wait. He carries three certifications for manufacturer installation, including GAF and CertainTeed systems. Off the clock, he restores old fishing reels in his garage. Elena R. – Senior Installer

Elena came up in roofing through a commercial framing crew before moving to residential work 11 years ago.
